Emma Marcegaglia – President
Emma Marcegaglia served as Vice-President of Confindustria (the Italian Manufacturers' Association) in 2000 during the presidency of Antonio D'Amato and acted as special representative for industrial and environmental policy in 2004 during Luca Cordero di Montezemolo's presidency. She was appointed the Association's President in 2008 with a mandate until 2012.

Lorenzo Giannuzzi – General Manager
Lorenzo Giannuzzi has a Diploma from the Hotel Management School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and an Advanced Management qualification from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
He has an Honours Degree in Tourism from the University of Moscow and teaches Tourism Marketing at the Tourism Faculty, University of Cagliari. Lorenzo Giannuzzi has held key positions with the Forte Hotels & Resorts Group, Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts and the Accor Group. He was preciously AD Italy and Switzerland for Le Meridien and AD Caribbean & Western Atlantic for the Forte Hotels Group.

Andrea Donà Delle Rose – Board Member
Andrea Donà Delle Rose is currently Vice President of the Board of Directors of Marzotto SpA and Vice President of Industrie Zignago Santa Margherita SpA. He previously served as Vice President of Valentino Fashion Group SpA, was a Member of the supervisory committee of Hugo Boss AG and a Board Member of the Jolly Hotels Group.
