Created by the award-winning chef Gordon Ramsay and Castel Monastero's own executive chef, the cookery courses at Castel Monastero are a journey around the purest Tuscan cuisine and its most authentic traditions. The peaceful Medieval village of Castel Monastero and the resort’s elegant kitchens are the setting for all types of course, be they short, intensive or patisserie and ice-cream based. The sessions are followed by gourmet lunches and dinners featuring the delicious recipes taught on the course, recreated by Castel Monastero's Chef.
